Instead of exclusive arrangements with a particular franchise or network, Goodman Dean relies on the expertise of our Account Coordinators to identify the most qualified broker, appraiser or supplier in each community to manage, value and sell our clients’ properties.
Agents included in our network are considered for their location, designations, awards, achievements and sales volume. We constantly evaluate performance against a statistical scorecard and retain relationships with only those agents who perform to our highest standards. Appraisers, agents and suppliers must be licensed and insured. Additionally, all Goodman Dean vendors must meet our expectations for professionalism and service standards.
